What is included in the £digital edit?
Your digital edit is a custom Pawprints FC image created from your submitted pet photo(s) wearing your teams colours/strip. The digital file is delivered via email. This is the mandatory first step before any add-on products can be purchased.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Stripe (credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. If you find us at a local market we also accept cash & card on the day.
Can I customise the add-on products further?
All add-on products (prints, frames, mugs, t-shirts, hoodies, calendars) feature the Pawprints FC digital edit you purchased. No additional customisation (such as extra text, colours, or designs) can be made to these products.
What are the add-on products available?
After purchasing your digital edit, you can choose from:
Framed Prints (various sizes)
Prints (various sizes)
Merchandise: Mugs, Kids/Adults T-shirts, Kids/Adults Hoodies.
Can I order printed products or merchandise without a digital edit?
No. All printed products, frames, mugs, t-shirts, hoodies, and calendars are add-ons that require the digital edit to be purchased first.
How will I receive my digital edit?
Your completed digital edit will be emailed to the address you provide during checkout. Please confirm this email in the order form before submitting your images.
What if I have questions about my order?
Please contact us via email at pawprints@abigailthompsonphotography.co.uk, including your name and order details, and we will respond as soon as possible.
How long will it take to receive my digital edit and add-on products?
Digital Edit: Typically delivered within 5 business days after receiving your reference images.
Printed Products / Merchandise: Delivery times depend on the print-on-demand supplier, typically 7–14 business days after the edit is complete.
Can I request revisions to my digital edit?
We aim to create your edit based on the images and instructions you provide. Significant changes after the edit is delivered are not included, so please ensure your reference images and instructions are accurate.
Are printed products refundable?
All printed products and merchandise are custom-made and personalised, so we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Please double-check your choices before placing your order.
Can I order multiple digital edits or products in one order?
Yes! Simply purchase multiple digital edits if needed, and select any add-on products for each edit. Please provide reference images for each pet separately.
How do I submit my pet photos?
After purchasing your digital edit, please submit 3 reference images via email to pawprints@abigailthompsonphotography.co.uk, including your name in the subject line. You can also confirm in the order form whether you have already sent them or will send them now.
My team isn’t listed – can I still order?
Yes! If you can’t see your favourite team in our range yet, you can suggest it. Just click the link below and fill out a quick form with your team name (and kit, if you have a preference). We’re always adding new colours based on demand, so your suggestion could be next!
How long does it take for new teams to be added?
We regularly review requests and add the most popular teams first. If you’d like us to let you know when your team is live, be sure to leave your email address in the suggestion form.
Can I suggest retro kits or special editions?
Yes! If you’ve got a specific kit in mind (home, away, retro, or special), let us know in the form. We’ll do our best to create it for you.
Do you guarantee every suggestion will be added?
While we can’t guarantee every suggestion will make it into the shop, we do track demand carefully. The more requests we get for a particular team, the quicker it moves up our list!
Can I include more than one pet in a single artwork?
Yes! Multiple pets can be included in the same artwork for an additional fee. Please contact me before ordering if you’d like this option.
What file type will I receive for my digital edit?
Your digital edit will be provided as a high-resolution JPEG, suitable for sharing online and for personal printing.
What kind of photos should I send?
Please send clear, well-lit photos of your pet where their features are visible. Front-facing shots work best, and avoid blurry or heavily filtered images.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, printed products and merchandise are only available within the UK. Digital edits can be ordered worldwide.
Can I order Pawprints FC Edit as a gift?
Yes! You can order a digital edit to be sent directly to the recipient, or contact me about gift vouchers.
